Project Overview: The inaugural online assembly for the IDB Group Staff Association was designed to present the annual report and highlight digital communication innovations under the theme, "Empower Your Voice, Empower Your Community," promoting active participation and empowerment.

Design Philosophy: I transformed traditional corporate materials into engaging digital formats with vibrant visuals and interactive features, emphasizing collective empowerment and reflecting the IDB Group's collaborative ethos.

Brand and Digital Strategy: Created digital presentation materials and an interactive annual report, available on the association's digital platforms, marking a pivotal shift towards enhanced member engagement and communication.

Role and Impact: As the lead designer, I was responsible for conceptualizing and executing the visual and digital content strategy, designing key materials, and leading the transition to the online assembly format. Our efforts led to a 20% increase in overall participation and a 40% rise in event attendance, setting new standards for digital engagement within the organization.
