Doctrina Damasco

Project Overview: Project Damasco involved the comprehensive design and branding of a new doctrine for the Colombian Army, encapsulated in 12 volumes of military protocols and strategies. The goal was to create a dynamic brand that made complex military concepts accessible through clear visual communication.

Design Philosophy: The project focused on engaging and informative design, encompassing both digital and print materials. The editorial design of the 12-volume series was central, crafted to ensure clarity and ease of understanding for all military personnel.

Brand Identity and Reach: Developed a virtual encyclopedia for internal use, providing digital access to the doctrine. This was complemented by promotional materials that educated on the doctrine’s application, all secured to maintain confidentiality and integrity.

Marketing and Digital Strategy: The project’s scope included creating cohesive educational tools through a virtual encyclopedia and various promotional items, aimed at enhancing the doctrine's functionality and visual appeal.

Role and Impact: As project manager and lead designer, I directed the graphic design, photography, and editorial layout of the doctrine series, coordinated the development of digital resources, and led technical and creative teams to ensure project success. The DAMASCO project has been lauded internally for revolutionizing military education and significantly boosting the operational effectiveness of the Colombian Army.
