Design Philosophy: Users could customize their travel packages through interest-based modules, such as cultural, culinary, or adventure tours. The interface was designed to be visually appealing and functional, promoting user engagement and extensive customization.
Brand Identity and Global Reach: Hosted online with global accessibility, the platform featured integrated modules for creating personalized packages and secure online payment systems. It was marketed as a collaboration with the Generalitat de Barcelona to enhance local tourism.
Marketing and Digital Strategy: The platform eliminated the need for physical interactions by providing a comprehensive online booking and payment system, which ensured secure and efficient transaction processing.
Role and Impact: As the project lead, I coordinated with the local government for strategic partnership, managed project timelines, and led design and technical teams to align the platform’s functionality with our strategic goals. The platform significantly enhanced the tourist experience, increasing Barcelona’s appeal as a destination and showcasing the impact of digital innovations in tourism.
